Terms & Conditions – Alina Rose Hair Extensions

At Alina Rose Hair Extensions, I’m committed to delivering a seamless, professional, and luxurious experience. To ensure clarity and care at every step, please take a moment to read the following terms before booking.

1. Consultations

A personal consultation is required before your fitting to ensure a perfect colour match, assess suitability, and bring your dream look to life.
Please let me know of any scalp conditions, allergies, or sensitivities so I can provide the highest level of care.

2. Deposits & Payment
Your extensions are a bespoke order, purchased especially for you.
•     A non-refundable deposit covering the cost of the hair is required before ordering.
•     Once ordered, hair cannot be returned or refunded, except in the rare case of a manufacturing defect.

       In such cases, the issue will need to be taken up directly with the supplier, and I will support you in raising the concern where appropriate.
•     The remaining balance for fitting and styling is payable on the day of your appointment.

 

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the loss of your deposit or a cancellation fee.

• If you arrive late, I may need to shorten your service or reschedule to respect the time of all clients.

 

4. Aftercare & Maintenance

To maintain the beauty and longevity of your extensions:

• Follow your personalised aftercare guide.

• Attend regular maintenance appointments.

Without proper care and maintenance, I cannot guarantee the condition or lifespan of your extensions.

 

5. Additional Time & Charges

• If your extensions are matted, tangled, or require extra work, an additional fee may apply.

• Any additional services requested outside your booked appointment will be priced accordingly.

 

6. Salon Etiquette

To ensure a calm and relaxing environment:

• Please do not bring children or additional guests to your appointment.

• Arriving on time ensures you receive the full benefit of your service.

 

7. Photos & Media

With your consent, I may take before-and-after photos for my portfolio or social media. 

 

8. My Responsibility

While I take the greatest care with every client, I cannot accept responsibility for issues arising from:

• Missed maintenance appointments

• Failure to follow aftercare advice

• Use of unsuitable products

• Undisclosed scalp conditions or allergies

• Choosing to go against my professional advice or recommendations

9. Client Satisfaction & Aftercare Support
I take great pride in the quality of my work and your satisfaction is incredibly important to me.
If you have any concerns following your fitting, please contact me within 14 days. I’ll be happy to arrange a complimentary aftercare assessment to review the issue.
Where appropriate, I will offer to rectify the concern or, if preferred, remove the extensions free of charge.
 

9. Your Agreement

By booking an appointment with Alina Rose Hair Extensions, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms, and understand the importance of aftercare, maintenance, and following professional guidance to achieve the best results.
